TCCRSMRUU General Conference Report;
INTRODUCTION:
We would like to thank God for his grace and mercy, and to be alive today as we present this report because it is not for our effort to be like this but his grace for us whom we do not deserve it. We thank him for his holy spirit that encourage, lead and guide us to undertake this duty as it is written in Zechariah 4:6 that Then he said to me, This is the word of the LORD to Zerubbabel: Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit, says the LORD of hosts.
Furthermore we thank the Lord for he was with us from the beginning of the journey till the end, he  guided us all through the way safely.
THE JOURNEY
The Congregation left from Morogoro on Easter Thursday at about 6 a.m in the morning. with private transport with 37 members (1 came later making 38 members who participated the whole conference), 24 of them from SUA. On the way different activities were conducted including praises and worships, preaching, strong prayers mostly for the whole journey, and different testimonies from different people was given for encouragement and reveal the Might of the God to the people. The congregation arrived in Mbeya at about 8 p.m. in the evening. After that the Holy Thursday mass was conducted. The mass assembled all of us from different regions. It lasted for about two and a half hours. After this we had dinner which was followed by a warm bed. Not less than 9 regions attended the conference.
CONFERENCE
It was three solid days of praise, worship, preaching and enjoyment with very directive timetable starting from 5 AM to about 12 PM indicating event after event that would follow and how they will be conducted. On Conference basis as whole early in the morning about 5 o’clock each of us woke up for Morning Prayers and intercession till 6 a.m. then we got the chance to do our own cleanliness and that of the surroundings. At 7a.m we had breakfast for those whom were not in fast then at 8a.m is when preaching sessions started. First session took up to lunch around 01:30pm followed by praise and worship, after lunch then the second session started till dinner. After dinner the last talk and the intensive prayers/interceding were conducted (prayers based on confession, casting demons, inner healing and others). After prayers and intercession it was resting time till next morning.
A SPECIFIC DAY ACTIVITIES.
Thursday:
It was the arriving day for all the congregations from different regions. Although those from very far regions arrived very late at night. Only the people from the near regions who got in time had the chance to participate in the Holy Eucharist. It was Fr. Fidelis who presided over this.
Friday:
Each one of us woke up early in the morning. According to the time table we had some spiritual classes. Here we were taught on the topic about self-relationship and Catholic faith.Atlast before the end of these sessions, we concluded with the hymns of praise and worship. In the afternoon after lunch we moved from TEKU HALL to Ruanda parish for great Friday’s Holy mass.In there, we had the veneration of the Cross and continued with the homily. Formally we had expected to be joined with Bishop Evarist Marcus Chengula, who would have presided over the mass at the TEKU HALL. But due to his tight timetable he couldn’t make it to join us. However, he came later for a short visit in the conference hall. He stayed with us for some time. Before he left, he gave us a speech. In his speech he insisted that the whole church must wake up and the Charismatic Catholic Renewal Services are the one to wake up the church.
Saturday:
The timetable for this day was the same, except that there was a service for sacrament of reconciliation. It appeared that the number of people was so large and due to a tight timetable of the father, this service was to continue again in the Sunday evening. The Easter mass was conducted at about 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. at night. It was filled with joys, songs for rejoicing THE RESURRECTION of the CHRIST JESUS.
Sunday:
The timetable was usual. The Holy Mass was conducted in the evening from 7:30p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Fr. Bemba insisted that the fire which Christ had started in us during the Holy Friday’s mass, should not be put off but rather should stimulate the lights of the other people so as the Gospel of Christ can spread everywhere.  After the mass, prayers and intercession continued up to 11:00p.m.We went to sleep and got prepared for the journey of coming back home.
Monday
It was a departing day for the whole congregation. Those of us from Morogoro we started our journey at around 5a.m in the morning. In this day we had woken up at 4:00a.m.We had thanks giving prayers together. We invoked the help of our beloved mother Mary Help of Christians to take care of us through the way. On the way there was praising, praying and interceding, word of God, strong testimonies, and a word of encouragement from different experiences on different matters. The congregation arrived in Morogoro at about 7:30p.m.
Conclusion
We would like to thank God of Israel who took the congregation to and from Mbeya safely, the Glory, the mighty and praise be to him for he was with us and guided the whole congregation. I would like also to welcome all the Catholic for the next congregation and other Charismatic Catholic event without regarding whether you’re a Charismatic Catholic or not. We also have the DVD on whole event which took place through the five days we were there. It is a good DVD to have, and I would recommend it to each one of you, for it will inspire you and motivate you to look for God in everything. If you need them contact the Charismatic Catholic leaders.
